Information:
- Entries Close 5pm Friday September 23, 2022
- Entries must be brought to the pavilion before 9am on show day with tickets attached
- Entrants must download a copy of the judges handbook for competition tips and judging information.
- NO ENTRY FEE: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON
- The semi-final winner will be eligible to compete in the State final to be held at the Royal Adelaide Show, 2023.

- Cake to remain un-iced
- Cake to remain undecorated (ie no almonds)

Genoa Cake Rules
- Exhibitors own recipe to be used
- There is to be no restriction on the ingredients used
- As a general guideline, the Genoa Cake should contain sultanas, currants, cherries and almonds
- Cake to remain un-iced
- Cake may be decorated with almonds
